Second week of award winning rye bread by Aub-Rye Company baked by Aubree Eldridge, 11 years old.
This was my loaf of Aub-rye bread! Yes you will notice a chunk cut off! When returning to the farm from Farmers Market I took my loaf of bread out of the front seat of the pickup because it was so HOT and I had lots of washing and rinsing to do to clean up. I set my loaf on a table in the produce shed. It hadn’t been there for but a few minutes and I heard Joni yell “shew! Get out of there!” I looked and one of the cats had knocked my loaf of bread off the table, onto the ground, bit a hole in the plastic sack and ate 2 big bites of my rye bread!
