Arrived Albert City this evening and to Tom and Joni’s farm but first there was a lovely stop to visit Auntie Mavis now 97 years old. Fun to catch her up on my travels and to see the quilt panels she is working on. So look forward to my weekly visits!
Arrived the farm about 6pm to a houseful! It was a surprise but shouldn’t have been as there is always a houseful kids and energy! This weekend it was Amanda and her for kiddos and Sara’s 4 kiddos! With the weather being so hot (99) most had been up at the community pool all afternoon. Had a wonderful dinner of smoked ribs, baked potatoes, freezer corn, homemade rye bread and celery salad. A feast!
Needed to catch up on a couple of days post so keeping this shorter than usual.
